Advertising Campaign Evaluation
The Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation (RBFF) tasked EurekaFacts with conducting an economic impact study of programs and measuring advertising effectiveness. Providing evaluation that measures the economic impact of the RBFF programs, the advertising effectiveness of current plans, and the exploration of possible changes to the campaigns required a mix of studies.

EurekaFacts conducted a study for a communications and consulting firm to assess barriers to health insurance enrollment among Marylanders and Latino-owned small businesses. Through in-depth interviews, the research identified what messages motivate uninsured small business owners to enroll and highlighted language challenges, particularly around financial terms. The study found that Spanish-speaking participants often misunderstood terms like “tax credits,” showing the need for clear, multilingual communication.
